Our annual fee is $125, and there is no additional charge when you are served. If we are served on your company’s behalf more than twice in any twelve-month period, we simply charge out-of-pocket costs for the delivery of those documents.

When forming a new entity, follow these steps:

1. Name eResidentAgent, Inc. as the agent for service of process; and
2. Send us a copy of the Articles or other state filing, along with your contact information.

To change agents, follow these steps:

1. Use the Online Form to provide us with the entity's information;
2. We will prepare all documents for your signature.
